Sally Halliday, Registered Clinical Counsellor, has a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and many years of practical counselling experience. She works with individuals and couples who are facing issues with relationships, life transitions, and careers to facilitate desired changes the result in a more meaningful and fulfilled life.
Sally believes that with commitment, willingness and action—change is possible. Her personal mission is to create, learn and grow by exploring new ideas and connecting with the changing world with authenticity, curiosity and generosity.
The fundamental basis of Sally's work is to create an honest connection and positive relationship in order to build a space of trust. Professional, accepting, competent, warm and genuine—these are the values and principles that form the work with others.
Sally empowers her clients to develop insight, build skills, solve problems, and change behavior in constructive ways. As people become more aware of limiting thoughts, emotions and actions—change emerges.
